Accepting Applications for Standard Development Committee

New 3R Initiative for Reducing Plastic Waste

Last month, Verra and BVRio – together with Danone, Veolia, Nestlé, Tetra Pak, Conservation International and South Pole – launched the 3R Initiative to keep plastic waste out of the environment. The Initiative provides incentives for companies to reduce their plastic footprint and offer opportunities for companies and entrepreneurs to invest in activities that scale up waste collection and recycling.

The 3R Initiative will develop the 3R Standards for Corporate and Project Accounting and a complementary 3R Crediting Mechanism. We are currently seeking members for the 3R Project Standard Development Committee, which will be led by Verra. The 3R Standard for Project Accounting will set out the rules and methodologies for quantifying the removal and/or recycling of plastic waste, set out social and environmental safeguards, and establishes a system for independent project certification.

The multistakeholder 3R Project Standard Development Committee (PSDC) will help ensure that only high-quality projects achieving their stated waste-reduction outcomes will be credited and that the standard’s widespread use will result in a significant increase in recovery and recycling rates around the world.

View the PSDC Terms of Reference and apply here.

In addition to the 3R Standard for Project Accounting, the Initiative will also develop the 3R Standard for Corporate Accounting – will enable companies to robustly measure and monitor their plastic footprints – and a complementary 3R Crediting Mechanism – which will allow companies invest in plastic recovery or recycling projects outside of their footprint.

We hope you will consider applying to be part of this important effort.

With best wishes,

The 3RI Team

7p7775.com came up in a chat the other day, so I poked around out of curiosity more than anything. I wasn’t trying to dive deep, just wanted to see how it’s organized, and it’s honestly pretty easy to read at a glance. The main stuff is split into clear blocks, so you’re not scrolling forever or guessing where things are. I also noticed the page doesn’t feel cluttered—info is laid out in neat rows columns instead of one giant wall of text, which makes it way less tiring on the eyes. Getting from one area to another felt pretty natural too since the menu is right where you’d expect it. What stood out most was how the navigation stays separate…

What I like about this kind of article is that it does not try to make the introduction too complicated. The structure is simple, the wording is easy to understand, and the topic is presented in a way that feels natural for Bangladeshi users. The mention of https://muchfoundation.org fits into the article without making the first part look too promotional, which helps keep the reading flow more comfortable. The focus on mobile experience, simple interface, and familiar categories like slots, card games, and mini games also makes the text more practical. Overall, it feels like a clear and easy-to-read overview rather than a forced advertisement.
